Victor Velyan began his career in 1984 as a diamond setter. Over the years, he learned many aspects of the industry and started his own jewelry line in 1995. He is inspired by old world architecture, music, nature, history & fine art. He combines colored metals and gemstones with diamond accents to make bold vivacious statements.
